Routine Sonograms before and after all procedures to verify duration of pregnancy and completion of procedure.

Local Anesthesia to reduce discomfort, although use of Cytotec and the lack of any forceful dilation of the cervix (stretching the opening to the womb) assures a pain-free procedure.

Conscious Sedation to eliminate cramps during and after procedures (extra charge).

Rhogam for Rh negative patients (if needed). Micro dose up to 13 weeks after the last menstrual period or full dose if over 13 weeks (extra charge).
